The Annual International Horseradish Festival is right around the corner! Since moving to Uptown Collinsville in 2020, the Festival has grown tremendously. With the growth over the last few years the Festival is adding a 2^nd entertainment stage and anticipate a higher attendance for 2026! We are inviting nonprofits and commercial vendors to participate in this years International Horseradish Festival. Showcase your handmade products, serve your delicious food, and market your business to roughly 15,000+ attendees.

The Festival will be held on Main St. in Collinsville, IL on Friday June 5^th and Saturday June 6^th from 11am – 10pm. Vendor set up will begin on Thursday June 4^th at 6pm.

Spaces are limited and awarded on a first come first serve basis. We strive to keep competition low and do not accept more than 2 of the same items in the Festival. All food vendors MUST have a horseradish dish on their menu.

*Both Applications must be submitted to participate as a Food Vendor at the Horseradish Festival

Applications should be submitted to Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, IHF Food Vendor, 221 W. Main St., Collinsville, IL 62234 no later than May 9, 2026.
